I agree! Making a run for Starbuck's doesn't mean a 700 calorie drink. There are many ways to adjust your favorite coffee or tea drinks to still make them taste good. I always make these suggestions to my clients as well. Plus, who the heck wants to drink their calories and sugar anyway!

If diabetes isn? t a concern and you have no hypoglycemic symptoms, there is one more reason to consider managing your blood sugar levels. Recent government studies indicate that over 50% of all adult Americans are now over weight. Contrary to popular belief, weight gain is not merely the result of consuming more calories than we burn up in activity.
Hello,
Toni Branner, M.D. has recently released a series of books focused on health and wellness for children and young adults who are practicing to become professional dancers or athletes. Toni received a Master’s Degree in exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been a life long dancer.
Her book and DVD for adults, The Safe Exercise Handbook (5th Edition) promote the importance of a regular exercise program as a means of improving your health and quality of life. This book is currently used on Naval aircraft carriers to guide military personnel through their workouts. Toni’s new books, just released are The Care and Feeding of an Athlete and The Care and Feeding of a Dancer. They address the important issues of oxidative stress, nutrition, muscle care, and stress management specifically for the active population.
Because you are interested in this subject we were wondering if you would be willing to receive a free copy of The Care and Feeding of a Dancer and The Care and Feeding of an Athlete and review them for us? We have attached a sample chapter of each book for your consideration. If you would like a copy for review, please respond with an address to which we may send the books. Once you receive them, we would appreciate a copy of your review on Amazon.com and your recommendation on your own site.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Tyler Abbott

I think if you were to follow the average American around all day and add up only Calories from beverages like coffee, soda, etc, you'd be surprised--probably enough for two nutrient rich meals..

First - I love your site - great information. Keep up the good rk!

Second, I feel like I have consumed almost every protein shake out there and have finally settled on two that I like (without the "plastic" taste).
